Annabelle's Birthday Par-TEA

Annabelle hosted her friends to tea for her birthday party.  It was just a sweet little gathering of giggling girls all dressed up and having tiny cut-out finger sandwiches, and "tea" AKA lemonade.

Barrett stepped up and voluntarily played a dapper waiter and even added the formal touch of a draped a towel over his arm.  Kyle made balloon creations for the girls, like flowers, poodles, and tiaras...What sweet brothers!

Annabelle's Dance recital was sparkly, frilly and lovely and completely wonderful in every way!

 Her group danced to "Happy" by Pharrell Williams and "Still I Fly" by Spencer Lee.  Those precious girls rocked it!  I looked over the the boys during the recital and they were smiling ear to ear watching their little sister...so proud.

bluebonnets 2015

We went on a hunt to find this new place I had read about that has bluebonnets AND fossils!  We took a short "hike" from our car and turned a corner to a beautiful scene of bluebonnets overlooking a lake.  I got my bluebonnet pictures, Annabelle saw real butterflies, and the boys brought home some fossils...everyone was happy.
